Organizing a wedding anniversary
- Chartering a ship to celebrate one week with 100 guests
Long-standing clients of ours wanted to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary in a special way and invited 100 guests on a chartered sailing trip to the Azores. We organized the entire trip—from the invitations to the photographer, room assignments, various excursions, and surprises.

Because we know how complicated event registration can be, we are happy to assist you. If needed, we handle the registration process using an online form and manage the participant list. (This includes managing requests such as allergies/intolerances, birthdays during the event, special requirements for underage participants, room and roommate preferences, different arrival times of individual guests, special accessibility needs, etc.)
From the initial idea to execution, we personally accompany you with a dedicated contact person. At the Polyglott Events team, we plan your event with the utmost care and ensure through continuous communication that your goals are met and your wishes are taken into account. You decide how much you or your organizing team want to be involved.
Planning and preparation take up most of the time, but during the event, we are happy to support you on-site if desired. We are available for pre-agreed tasks or any emergencies/interim issues.
